Aggregator Groove Gaming has promoted lawyer Ekaterine Lomsadze to Account Manager as part of the rapidly-growing aggregator’s strategy to drive operator services and engagement. Ekaterine is now responsible for managing client accounts, including key client accounts, optimising service provision and support client goals as Groove Gaming continues its lightening expansion demonstrating their single-minded dedication to their industry-leading customers.
Ekaterine has been promoted from Groove Gaming’s back-office function where she has become familiar with the company and its clients. Lomsadze has more than 5 years ’experience in financial services, having previously held positions as legal counsel, dealing with regulatory and contractual matters.
She will be based out of Groove Gaming’s office in Georgia, and will report directly to group COO Yahale Meltzer. Ekaterine has strong expertise in the banking and financial services industries along with iGaming, and will be tasked to deliver on the superior customer service that Groove Gaming has become synonymous with.
